Repair procedures Replacement Oil Seal (Main Shaft) 1. Remove the transfer case assembly. (Refer to 4 Wheel Drive (AWD) System -"Transfer Case Assembly") 2. Remove the oil seal (A) using a flat head driver.    • To prevent from oil leak at the Bentle Valve (B), replace the oil seal with the same installation direction of transfer case oil seal.

Schematic diagrams Schematic Diagram Repair procedures Inspection 1. After disconnecting the vapor hose from the PCV valve, remove the PCV valve. 2. Reconnect the PCV valve to the vapor hose. 3. Run the engine at idle, then put a finger over the open end of the PCV valve and make sure that intake manifold vacuum can be felt.
