Put on gloves to protect your hands.

  

Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces without marring the surface.

Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

1.

Remove the moving glass.

(Refer to Wide Sunroof - "Moving Glass")

2.

Open the mechanism(A) more than 100mm by operating sunroof switch.

3.

Remove mechanism rail front locator after loosening the mounting screw.

4.

Move the mechanism bracket(A) to (B) spot by operating sunroof switch.

5.

Remove the mechanism shoe(A) from mechanism guide by pulling direction of an arrow.

6.

Place the front slide shoe(B) as picture below by pushing the mechanism assembly(A) direction of an arrow.

7.

Remove the front slide shoe(A) by pushing direction of an arrow from mechanism guide.

8.

Remove the mechanism assembly(A) by pulling direction of an arrow.

9.

Installing order is inverse order of removing.

  

Make sure that the connector is connected properly.

Make sure that the door locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.

Adjust mechanism.

Resetting the wide sunroof motor.
