Description and operation
Description

Located in the blower unit, the climate control air filter eliminates foreign materials and odor. The particle filter performs the roles of an odor filter as well as a conventional dust filter to ensure pleasant interior environment.

Repair procedures
Replacement
1.

Remove the stopper (B) from the glove box (A).

2.

Remove the air damper (A) from the glove box (B).

3.

Remove the filter cover (A) by pressing the knob.

4.

Replace the air filter (A) according to the replacement cycle on the user manual. When replacing it, mind the direction of the air filter.

  

To remove the filter easily, press the righthand side inward and then pull out the filter.

When driving in an air-polluted area or on rugged terrain, check and replace the air filter as frequently as possible.

5.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
